Florida VA IRRRL Streamline: Qualification Criteria
The first criteria for qualifying for the VA IRRRL program is that the new interest rate on the proposed loan must be lower than the interest rate you have on your current VA loan. Second, you must pay less in principal and interest on your new loan compared to your old loan. Finally, you can't have any late payments on your mortgage in the last 12 months and must also be current on your mortgage payment.
